Job Summary
Detail-oriented client services professional in wealth management responsible for acting as a trusted resource for clients, ensuring smooth account operations, and providing high-level operational and administrative support to advisors and team members. Focused on building strong advisor partnerships, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency, managing key administrative functions, and developing deep expertise in internal account management systems to generate ad hoc reports, respond to client inquiries, prepare meeting materials, process trade tickets, execute transactions, and handle account-related tasks (cash movement, wires, journals) with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business (preferred)
- Series 65 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain upon hire (preferred)
- 2–4 years of client service experience in financial services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Proactive, solutions-driven approach with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information
