Job Summary
Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Client Service Associate to support Wealth Advisors and manage end-to-end operational service for clients, including account openings, asset transfers, money movement, tax document handling, and proactive follow-through. The role requires delivering accurate, timely service with a client-focused, solution-oriented mindset, coordinating with custodians, operations, advisors, and clients via email, Teams, phone, and Salesforce, and maintaining compliance and documentation. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week with option for remote 2 days per week), and a base pay range of $60,000-$70,000 with benefits and potential bonuses; qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and a keen interest in financial planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years relevant experience (including internships)
- Strong self-initiated follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce preferred
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Interest in financial planning and investments
