Client Service Associate – Family Office Services

Job Summary
Provide concierge-level client service as the primary contact for family office clients and their designated representatives; coordinate communications among family members, advisors, attorneys, accountants, trustees, and other professionals; assist onboarding of wealth management relationships and investment accounts; coordinate account openings, transfers, distributions, and reporting; maintain accurate records across CRM and portfolio management systems; support administration of trusts, family entities, foundations, and other wealth structures; ensure confidentiality and exemplary service while delivering sophisticated support to high-net-worth families.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 1-2 years of experience in wealth management, family office services, private banking, trust administration, or a related client service role
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
