Job Summary
Process transactions for Family Office clients, including wires and security transfers, while ensuring documentation aligns with regulatory standards. Manage daily team communications, prepare materials, track client activity, and maintain accurate client data systems. Perform daily reconciliation, organize mail, and handle scanning, photocopying, and archiving of documents. Receive and answer phone calls, provide information, and refer callers appropriately using judgment on sensitivity and confidentiality. Support the collection and processing of client tax information and proactively resolve client inquiries. Collaborate with internal operations teams, Family Office Administrators, and external service providers to deliver exceptional day-to-day client service support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of relevant financial industry experience
- Valid work or study permit
- Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
