Job Summary
As a Client Services team member, partner with the Financial Planner to deliver a high level of client service by supporting client relationships and performing related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating client meetings, greeting clients, preparing appointments and required paperwork, supervising client account activity, researching and resolving issues, preparing and reviewing new account paperwork, ensuring accounts are traded into the correct model, supporting rollovers, funding, and transfers, documenting key client achievements in systems, maintaining risk awareness and compliance, supporting company initiatives and projects, and participating in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts to represent the CSA voice. Requirements include two years of relevant experience (RIA or Broker/Dealer) preferred, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, a good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities, and strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills. A base salary range of $54,000-$65,000 is offered, plus eligibility for annual cash bonuses and additional bonuses based on contributions and team performance. Required Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.
