Client Service Associate

As a Client Services role at Edelman Financial Engines, you’ll partner with the Financial Planner to provide a high level of customer service to clients, coordinating client meetings, preparing and reviewing new account paperwork, and supporting account activity. You will verify trades, supervise rollovers, funding, and transfers to ensure correct movements, document client achievements in systems, maintain risk awareness and regulatory compliance, and assist with firm-wide projects and initiatives. This position emphasizes finance knowledge, strong communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to adapt to changes while supporting client relationships and team growth.
