Client Service Associate - Complex Cases (12-month contract)

Deliver standardized communications across source of wealth and bereavement subjects while updating client accounts and performing essential administrative data input. Resolve client inquiries within established service levels, ensuring all interactions are accurate, clear, and compliant with regulatory guidelines. Escalate cases appropriately for further communication or referral to internal teams and contribute to special projects as assigned. Maintain proficient knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services while understanding financial services industry, legal, tax, and regulatory issues to guide clients. This 12-month contract supports case handlers in providing excellent client service across the business area, balancing scalable solutions with strong client relationships.
