Job Summary
Client Service Associate at a Philadelphia, PA wealth management firm serving as a primary/secondary client contact, supporting Financial Advisors, and ensuring smooth execution of operational and administrative activities. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries and service requests, building strong client relationships, coordinating with Compliance/Operations/Tax/Financial Planning/Finance, facilitating custodial operations (opening/closing accounts, transfers, wires/ACH, journals, charitable gifting, trust distributions), collaborating with Fidelity/Schwab and service teams, administering alternative investments, coordinating client meetings and delivering accurate meeting materials, updating CRM records, and contributing to process improvements in a paperless environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience and 2–5 years in financial services or client service; strong organizational, communication, and relationship skills; ability to work independently and with a team; proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
