Job Summary
Client Service Associate at Choreo will join the Potomac, MD office to support wealth advisors and the operations team in delivering high-quality client service. Responsibilities include triaging client requests, coordinating workflows across advisors and operations, communicating with clients via telephone, email, and in-person, scheduling and supporting client review meetings, monitoring client account activity, and processing requests (RMDs, wires, ACH/Money Links, distributions, charitable giving, address changes) while ensuring compliance and quality standards. The role emphasizes team-based service, CRM data handling, onboarding new clients, and collaboration across advisors, operations, and support teams to meet client needs for high-net-worth families and business owners. Preferred qualifications highlight experience with Schwab Institutional and other financial planning software tools, strong client service and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree in a financial planning-related field (business, tax, finance, or accounting) or equivalent work experience
- Experience of 3 or more years in a Wealth Management, Tax, or Financial Services related industry
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving
- Acceptable compliance record in prior position(s)
- Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently in order to see projects through to completion
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
