Job Summary
Support Investment Advisors and branch operations by administering day-to-day client services, including booking meetings, preparing portfolio reviews, and executing trades. Manage client inquiries, account maintenance, and general requests such as wires and transfers while resolving complaints and escalating issues as needed. Coordinate marketing activities, organize client databases, and ensure regulatory documentation and risk compliance processes are followed. Mentor junior team members, distribute business updates, and assist with technology issues to maintain a positive client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of investment process and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of administrative process and procedures as contained in Sales Administration Manual
- Advanced knowledge of proprietary products and services in order to identify potential products and services to client needs and advising IA(s)
- Knowledge of compliance practices and regulations
- Must meet the licensing and certification requirements for the branch / jurisdiction where the mandate is being fulfilled
- Verbal & written communication skills - Good

- Analytical and problem solving skills - Good
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Insurance and group products is an asset
- Knowledge of Trust and Estate services is an asset
