Job Summary
Client Service Associate responsible for accurate, efficient processing of over-the-counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances) in line with bank standards; provide appropriate customer service including promoting bank products; perform start/end of day activities; ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; requires a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business) and onsite work in Davao City with experience in branch operations or fresh graduates; strong communication skills and ability to work in a bank environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
- Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Communicates clearly and effectively
