Job Summary
The Client Service Associate processes over-the-counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other transactions) in line with bank standards; provides customer service, promotes bank products, and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include start and end of day banking activities, delivering accurate and timely processing, and supporting clients of the bank as part of branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
- Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
- Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
- Willing to work onsite in Mati
