Job Summary
Process over-the-counter banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions. Performs start and end of day banking activities. Ensures compliance to the Bank’s policies, procedures and requirements. Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services. Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
- Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
- With good communication skills
