Job Summary
Client Service and Operations Officer role in Riyadh, focusing on deputy management of Client Service Operations for State Street Saudi Arabia Financial Services. Acts as single point of contact for Custody/full-service clients, coordinates with internal departments to execute deliverables, manages open issues, understands KYC/AML obligations, investigates aging inquiries, and coordinates timely resolution. Responsible for risk and control processes across funds transfers, transaction origination, credit exposure, reconciliation breaks, failed trades, and overdraft reporting; ensures timely delivery of accounting reports and KPI/scorecard reporting; facilitates opening/closing of funds and market accounts; develops deep SME knowledge of workflows and SOPs; builds strong relationships across State Street divisions to provide platinum service to clients. Fluent in Arabic and English; knowledge of PAM accounting system advantageous. Strong leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment are valued; candidate should have 3+ years of client-facing experience in banking/financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven track record in a client service and operations environment with over 3+ years client facing experience
