Job Summary
Officer, Client Service and Operations responsible for deputy management of Client Service Operations for State Street Saudi Arabia Financial Services, acting as single point of contact for Custody/full-service clients, coordinating with internal departments to deliver client deliverables, addressing open issues to timely resolution, ensuring KYC/AML obligations are met, investigating and escalating aging enquiries with risk awareness, liaising with internal and external entities for timely query resolution, delivering monthly KPI reporting, facilitating fund openings/closures, and providing SME-level process understanding; role requires strong interpersonal/communication skills, ability to work under pressure, leadership abilities, and fluency in Arabic and English, with knowledge of financial services, banking, and PAM accounting system.
Required Qualifications
- Batchelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven track record in a client service and operations environment with over 3+ years client facing experience
