Client Service Analyst (Bilingual) in Wealth Management serves as the primary point of contact for participants, delivering exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and resolving queries via phone and email. Responsibilities include adapting communication to client needs, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, identifying improvements within the Customer Support function, and handling challenging conversations including complaints. Employment is full-time onsite with APAC or EMEA shift coverage; preferred candidate will be bilingual (Korean, French, German, or English).
