Job Summary
Manage local office operations as the key point person for vendors, custodians, and advisors. Deliver exceptional service experiences through every client interaction while handling multiple advisors' books of business and complex service situations. Complete new client account onboarding, process transaction requests, and provide notary services. Review calendars for advisors, prepare appointment materials, and act as a subject matter expert on workflows and policies. Create and update procedures, mentor employees for skill development, and identify process improvements to implement best practices.

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3‐5 years of financial services industry and client service experience preferred
- BS/BA degree preferred
