Client Service Account Manager - Trade and Working Capital LATAM

Job Summary
Support client onboarding, transactions, and ongoing service requests by coordinating implementation execution, tracking timelines, and obtaining required documentation. Monitor service and implementation queues to triage requests and escalate appropriately while liaising with internal partners to resolve issues. Draft routine communications, maintain status reporting, and contribute to documentation discipline including procedures and knowledge articles. Build client relationships through proactive stakeholder engagement and develop trade product expertise over time. Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and supporting change activities. Requires 1+ years in client service or operations with strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in client service, operations, implementations, or a middle/back-office function
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and comfort working within deadlines
- Self-directed approach, attention to detail, and sound judgment on when to escalate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfort working with digital channels/electronic banking platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to trade products (e.g., Letters of Credit) and/or global trade servicing
- Prior experience supporting projects (maintaining action logs, timelines, issue/risk lists)
- Experience working with stakeholders across regions/time zones (NA, LATAM, EMEA)
- Interest in process improvement and learning end-to-end implementation-to-service handoffs
