Job Summary
Relationship Manager for InstaMed’s Healthcare Payments division, focusing on midmarket healthcare provider accounts with $100M-$2B in revenue. Drive revenue retention and growth through strategic account plans, solution demonstrations, and executive-level engagement; manage orders/contracts to expand services/hardware; ensure adoption of InstaMed solutions across the territory; collaborate with JP Morgan bankers to identify joint sales opportunities; travel up to 20% to support client relationships and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in a revenue-generating role
- 5+ years of experience within healthcare, health-tech, and merchant services
- Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
- Excellent organizational skills in daily task management and follow-ups
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
