Job Summary
Client Service Account Manager for Payments in Chile, serving top-tier Latin American corporate and financial-institution clients with cash management needs. Role involves advising clients on decision-making, acting as the central point for service issue resolution, liaising with bank partners, managing risk and extending liquidity across markets, identifying product/service gaps, partnering with Sales to develop annual client-specific service strategy reviews, and educating clients on regulatory and cyber changes. Requires strong relationship-building, consultative and negotiation skills, problem solving, risk assessment, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly; travel internationally 1–2 times/year. Fluent English and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience or Business College degree

- Willingness to travel internationally (1-2 times a year)
