Job Summary
Client Service Account Manager VP for Healthcare Payments overseeing large health system relationships, driving retention and revenue growth, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver strategic value. Lead account governance, create and execute strategic account plans, conduct business reviews, identify upsell opportunities across payments, banking, and treasury, and coordinate with JPMorgan Chase bankers and treasury officers. Own customer escalation and contract renewals, and ensure adoption of InstaMed solutions within the territory. Requires deep healthcare payments knowledge, executive-level communication, and travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in a revenue-generating role
- 5+ years of experience within healthcare, health-tech, and merchant services
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Travel 25%
- Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
- Excellent organizational skills in daily task management and follow-ups
- Influence without direct authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with building and delivering customer presentations, decks, and executive level summary notes and action items
- Demonstrates knowledge of healthcare patient accounting systems / practice management systems
- Demonstrates understanding of EHR systems and how InstaMed supports and integrates with systems
