Job Summary
Client Service Account Manager (Vice President) for Healthcare Payments overseeing large health-system accounts, driving revenue retention/growth, strategic account planning, and cross-functional coordination with JP Morgan bankers, treasury officers, and internal teams. Lead customer relationships at executive levels, coordinate strategic business reviews, identify upsell opportunities across payments/banking/treasury, facilitate solution demonstrations, ensure accurate account data and opportunity pipelines, and manage renewals and contracts to promote long-term client value. Requires extensive healthcare/health-tech/payments domain expertise, strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills, and travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in a revenue-generating role
- 5+ years of experience within healthcare, health-tech, and merchant services
- Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
- Excellent organizational skills in daily task management and follow-ups
- Influence without direct authority
- Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with building and delivering customer presentations, decks, and executive level summary notes and action items
- Travel 25%
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
