Job Summary
Client Service Account Associate for JPMorganChase Global Trade Products and Services. Manage a portfolio of large corporate/financial institution clients within the Trade and Working Capital team, serving as primary contact for onboarding, changes, and complex trade transactions; advise on trade products including Letters of Credit; coordinate with bank teams to resolve issues; provide timely follow-up and ensure client satisfaction; offer guidance and training to team members; participate in joint client calls with Bankers and Trade Sales Officers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
- College degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to partner with internal colleagues and external clients, applying sound judgment
