Job Summary
Provide retention-focused customer support for Nova at modern Larissa offices; engage customers by presenting tailored Nova solutions to improve loyalty, explore reasons for disengagement, capture actionable insights to improve services, and highlight Nova's advantages over competitors. Your proposals and ideas should influence strategic direction.
