Job Summary
Educate clients on Serenity's programs, clearly communicating value and guiding them through the decision-making process to take the next step toward their goals. Drive individual KPIs and contribute to team performance while handling objections professionally and maintaining client outcomes at the center of conversations. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth transitions into chosen programs and leverage a track record of meeting or exceeding goals in customer-service, retail, hospitality, or sales-adjacent roles. This role emphasizes performance-driven selling, clear communication of outcomes, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with resilience and leadership potential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or goal-driven role
- Strong communication skills
- Track record of meeting goals, quotas, or performance targets
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Resilience and a positive mindset
- Some leadership experience or ambition to grow into a leadership role
