Responsible for achieving individual KPIs and contributing to team performance, handling objections with professionalism, coordinating with teammates to ensure smooth transitions into chosen programs, and demonstrating strong communication and leadership potential in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes performance metrics, a customer-facing focus, and a 3-day workweek with three 13-hour shifts (benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), PTO, and holidays).
