Job Summary
Educate clients on available programs and services, clearly communicating the value of taking action. Guide clients through the decision-making process, handling objections with professionalism and persistence while working toward individual KPIs. Coordinate with team members to ensure clients are smoothly transitioned into their chosen programs. This role operates on a 3-day workweek with four days off and offers competitive pay tied to performance. Serenity covers 90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums, includes a 401(k), and provides 10 PTO days plus paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or goal-driven role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Employment is contingent on a background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Some college
- Additional certifications in customer service, sales, or related fields
- Some leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a leadership role
- The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing focus
