Job Summary
Client Safety Navigator at Pomona Women's Center (HealthRIGHT 360). This in-person role supports safe, orderly operations by monitoring entrances and building security, managing client and visitor flow, de-escalating incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement and program leadership. Responsibilities include monitoring security cameras, conducting rounds of entrances and perimeters, directing traffic, administering Narcan and CPR as needed, ensuring medications are securely stored, maintaining logs, and completing incident documentation in compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. The position requires high school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred), a background check/livescan, and offers a union-eligible environment with benefits and opportunities for professional development. Weekend/holiday availability and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of job-related experience working with the criminal justice population or with the community behavioral health system preferred
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Background check and livescan required
