Monitor security cameras, conduct regular rounds of entrances, exits, and common areas, and clear debris to maintain a safe environment. Direct traffic, de-escalate tense situations, and file incident reports when working with local law enforcement. Welcome clients and visitors, check credentials, escort visitors to supervisors, and maintain client logs. Carry Narcan, recognize overdose signs, and administer medication as necessary. Ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and funding requirements. Participate in meetings and complete assigned training.
