Role involves cross-selling value-added services, enhancing the customer experience, and maintaining a high standard of service; preferred experience in SaaS, CRM (Salesforce) familiarity, and bilingual Spanish are a plus. 2+ years in a customer-facing role and strong organizational/communication skills are expected.
