Client Resource Coordinator coordinates and schedules customer service calls for HVAC technicians, debriefs daily with technicians, collaborates with Customer Billing Coordinators and Customer Support Coordinators to advance jobs, communicates action plans to customers, maintains up-to-date customer account information in NxGen, supports parts ordering and time/expense processes, and participates in planning and daily huddles to ensure timely service delivery on site.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling
