Job Summary
Coordinate customer service requests from initiation to service completion and maximize technician productivity by efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians with guidance from Team Leads. Communicate action plans and services to customers, ensure work meets expectations, resolve or escalate issues, reconcile daily service requests, and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and subcontractors. Prepare execution plans and participate in business reviews; support quotes, billing, warranties, and customer retention. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential to manage multiple projects and align labor with customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Required Associate’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
