Job Summary
Client Resource Coordinator role focusing on coordinating customer service requests from initiation to service completion, efficiently scheduling and dispatching Technicians under guidance, ensuring customer expectations are met, communicating action plans to customers, and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers and subcontractors. Key duties include receiving and matching service requests to Technicians or Team Leads, reconciling service requests daily, coordinating labor scheduling, maintaining schedules for Technicians, assisting with creation of L&M quotations, supporting business review processes, and contributing to customer retention and billing activities. The role requires a minimum of five years in service operations/scheduling, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and the capability to influence diverse teams. The position is offered with a salary range of $20–$30 per hour and a benefits package, with potential consideration beyond the stated range for exceptional candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate with clients
- ability to handle multiple projects/tasks/issues
- prior experience with labor scheduling and account management
