Job Summary
The Client Resolution Specialist will manage a portfolio of delinquent premium finance accounts from our Jersey City, NJ office, driving resolution through appropriate recovery strategies, coordinating with external attorneys and collection agencies, and supporting payment arrangements and settlement discussions. Responsibilities include drafting demand letters, maintaining accurate account records, providing documentation and guidance throughout the recovery process, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work with internal teams and external partners to recover balances.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of work experience in collections, customer service, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience multitasking and working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with teams and external partners
