Job Summary
Primary point of contact for clients in landscape maintenance, responsible for nurturing client relationships from initial sale through ongoing weekly maintenance, driving new business, and increasing department revenue by delivering exceptional customer service. Manage client needs and requests, oversee upkeep of client records and documentation, initiate and approve work orders and change orders, prepare proposals/renewals/contracts, monitor billing, and coordinate with Production Coordinators and Crew Leaders to ensure client desires are fulfilled. Maintain ongoing communications with Administrative Support and Accounting teams to update project status and ensure satisfaction, while guiding weekly maintenance and enhancements to exceed client expectations and support Mariani’s reputation.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years sales experience, preferably in the landscape industry
- demonstrated knowledge of landscape terminology, plant materials, and installation techniques
- ability to work in a team environment and independently
- flexibility to perform duties as volume necessitates
- proactive communication and coordination with Administrative Support, Accounting, Production Coordinators, and Crew Leaders
