Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Business Insurance unit teams handling new business, renewal business and customer service needs for a large volume of complex accounts; collaborate with Producers, Unit Managers, and Client Executives to prepare submissions, proposals, bind coverage, and check/correct policies; respond promptly to client requests; work with in-office service teams and producers, with hybrid flexibility when needed; emphasis on professionalism, teamwork, and client service.
