Job Summary
Assist client service team members in billing and processing all new and renewal clients for business insurance. Balance workload of your own book of business while supporting larger and more complex accounts within the client service team. Maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues, and clients while demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. Obtain insurance licensure within three months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be detailed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- High sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues and clients
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work on a team
- Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (required within your first 3 months)
