Job Summary
Lead Product Owner for the Client Reporting platform within the Wealth Management Advisor Platforms team. Drive Wealth Management and Advisor Platforms strategy for reporting capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional groups (Products, Programs, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and external partners), manage engagement and adoption activities, and guide the design, deployment, and ongoing improvements of the Client Reporting application. Responsible for requirements gathering, change management lifecycle (design, implementation, testing, and support), training delivery for Financial Advisor teams and Help Desk, and delivering measurable platform usage and analytics. Requires readiness to lead a cross-functional scrum team, align business needs with technology solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree required
- 5-7 years of professional experience in technology product management
- Experience in retail banking, wealth management, and/or consumer financial technology industries preferred
- Knowledge of SDLC processes and Agile methodology
- Experience as a Product Owner leading an agile scrum team
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages
- Strong presentation skills with polished PowerPoint abilities
- Independent self-starter with ability to manage multiple parallel work streams
- Experience working with cross functional teams including UX, technology, marketing, legal, risk and compliance
