Job Summary
Vice President – Program Manager / BA within the Client Reporting Transformation program. Responsible for guiding end-to-end delivery of a multi-year global transformation to implement a new vendor reporting platform, optimize data management, and drive template improvements and operating-model convergence. Lead cross-functional workstreams, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology and operations, manage budgets and risks, and drive change-management activities. Requires extensive experience in asset management, program management, and business analysis, with proven success delivering complex, scalable solutions and strong stakeholder engagement. Preference for advanced degrees/certifications and experience with vendor implementations (e.g., Kurtosys, FactSet Vermilion) and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake). Strong communication, governance, and process-improvement capabilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in asset management, programme/project management, business analysis and/or client reporting
- Demonstrated expertise in process engineering, mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent)
- Proven experience supporting large-scale vendor implementations for reporting platforms and data management solutions
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global matrixed environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile practices, PRINCE2/APM/PMP)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
