Job Summary
Associate in Nomura's Wealth Management Operations focusing on client reporting and performance analytics. Responsible for client output management, accurate performance calculations (including Time Weighted Rate of Return), and delivery of high-quality reporting to high-net-worth clients. Own and manage client output logic across multiple platforms, generate bespoke statements, reconcile performance data, provide front-office support, ensure data quality, participate in change initiatives, coordinate with Product/Legal/Compliance/IT, and contribute to UAT and system enhancements. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years in wealth management operations, client reporting, or performance analytics; experience with Avaloq highly preferred; strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Wealth management operations, client reporting, or performance analytics
- Experience with Avaloq portfolio management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
