Job Summary
Client Relationships Lead at Interac (6 months contract) focuses on fostering client relationships with regional and challenger banks, providing multi-level client support, identifying opportunities aligned with strategic initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders across products, operations, and finance, and leading the bi-annual Account Planning process with biweekly updates and monthly market reports. Responsibilities include researching client issues, analyzing industry trends, and proposing resolutions to ensure smooth interactions and strong stakeholder relationships. Requires eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity and experience with payment products and services; strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to facilitate collaborative discussions and coordinate activities.
