Job Summary
Manage prospective patients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through enrollment, building relationships and recommending physicians who best fit their needs. Educate patients on concierge medicine value, answer questions confidently, and partner with physicians to coordinate referrals and introductions. Maintain regular communication to keep opportunities moving forward while documenting all activity and prioritizing follow-ups in HubSpot CRM. Monitor your pipeline to consistently achieve enrollment goals and identify opportunities to improve sales processes and the overall patient experience. Represent the MD2 brand with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional service as we expand luxury concierge medical practices.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in business development, inside sales, account management, or another customer facing sales role
- Early morning availability required
- Semi-Annual travel to Bellevue, WA for team meetings and workshops as needed
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- Schedule within 5:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (8am-8pm ET) coverage window
