Job Summary
Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing general banking needs, resolving client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Proactively engage clients to understand financial needs and recommend products, services, and digital solutions while opening new accounts and processing loan applications. Accurately process monetary transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, while balancing cash and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Actively participate in sales activities to meet individual and team scorecard goals, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and pursue new business opportunities. Support banking center operations through daily huddles, coaching sessions, and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of one (1) year of banking, sales, or related experience
- At least six months of experience selling products or services
- S.A.F.E Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
- Ability to obtain Notary Public designation
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of products/services offered by the bank (all lines of business)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior banking experience
- Ability to sell and cross-sell bank products and services
