Job Summary
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, presentations, and trade shows to diversify service promotion channels. Analyze market trends and client feedback to adjust commercial strategies, then present product features and advantages to merchants. Schedule appointments for experienced sales staff and provide ongoing assistance to existing clients. Maintain accurate client information in the company database. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, mandatory English proficiency, and strong verbal/written communication skills. Experience in banking or payments is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Niveau Bachelor/équivalent et/ou Master
- Compétences en communication : verbale et écrite
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
- Compétences organisationnel : capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et résolutions en même temps
- Aptitudes à la négociation et à la vente
- Profil orienté résultats, avec une approche positive de la gestion des objections
Desired Qualifications
- Une expérience préalable dans le secteur bancaire et dans le domaine du paiement/tech
- La maîtrise de CRM ou outils de prospections
