Job Summary
Client Relationship Manager for Servicing to oversee a portfolio of servicing clients and strategic partners in manufactured housing finance; responsibilities include acting as primary contact for clients, coordinating servicing operations, leading servicing transfer initiatives, driving operational improvements, monitoring portfolio performance and risk, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate servicing delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, cross-functional coordination, process improvement, data validation, and the ability to prepare portfolio updates and strategic recommendations for leadership. The position is remote-first with an office in Tempe, AZ, and requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in loan servicing or related financial services, with a focus on client management and servicing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in loan servicing, client management, servicing operations, manufactured housing finance, or related financial services experience
- Prior experience in a client-facing servicing, portfolio oversight, or operational management role strongly preferred
- Experience managing or coordinating servicing transfers preferred
- Manufactured housing, consumer finance, or specialty servicing experience is a plus
