Job Summary
Support Loan Originators in sizing, documenting, and closing loans by evaluating transactions, creating quotes, and drafting term sheets. Manage lead and loan activities in Salesforce on behalf of Loan Originators, including pre-qualifying packages and obtaining required borrower documentation. Complete file escalations regarding pricing, structuring, and tiering exceptions while partnering cross-functionally with Processing, Valuations, Construction, and Underwriting teams. This hybrid role requires in-office reporting Tuesday through Thursday with optional remote work Monday and Friday. Base pay ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually plus discretionary bonuses, supported by comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in mortgage lending, private lending, banking, financial services, real estate, or a customer-facing sales support role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong work ethic and initiative
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn private lending and real estate finance
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Hybrid position which requires in-office reporting to Anchor's Thousand Oaks office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
