Job Summary
Client Relationship Manager responsible for managing, retaining, and growing an assigned portfolio of small business clients through outbound calling and digital channels, educating clients on platform adoption, identifying upsell opportunities, and maintaining Salesforce CRM records; role emphasizes building relationships with HR/decision-makers, driving value realization from employee benefits and the digital platform, and collaborating with Sales/Product teams to share insights and feedback. Responsibilities include portfolio development, outreach to improve satisfaction and usage, education on adoption and feature activation, and managing upsell opportunities aligned with client needs and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
- 1–3 years in B2B account management, client success, or retention roles
- Experience with SaaS platforms or HR solutions is strongly preferred
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management; Salesforce knowledge is preferred
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple commercial activities simultaneously
- Strong virtual and in-person communication capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Knowledge of full-cycle sales methodologies is considered an advantage
- Languages: English fluency is required; additional languages are an advantage
- Hybrid working patterns depending on host country policies
- Travel may be required depending on business needs
