Job Summary
Client Relationship Manager role overseeing and leading a team of client support professionals delivering high-quality service to Financial Planners and private clients. Responsibilities include supporting work allocation, overseeing new business processing and implementation, monitoring regulatory time-scales, maintaining client records, ensuring excellent client experiences, driving process improvements, and providing coaching and leadership for a compliant, well-resourced team. Regular travel to connect with teams across the country is expected. The role requires experience in financial services administration, strong people management skills, knowledge of advice administration systems (e.g., Voyant, xplan), and a solid understanding of regulatory and provider requirements. Hybrid working arrangement based in Chester with interaction with Leeds and Carlisle offices.
