Job Summary
Client Relationship Manager with responsibility for supporting credit-risk analysis, accompanying client visits and negotiations with national and international decision-makers, creating and presenting internal reports (partly in English), translating board directives into client actions, sharing responsibility for profitability of managed client relationships including risk management in delinquency and collections, coordinating correspondence with clients and partners with our support team, maintaining and updating client databases, and collaborating with legal, consulting, internal departments and external service providers. Active involvement in risk-management decisions (Delkredere and related measures) and participation in project onboarding and implementation based on capacity. The role emphasizes finance/credit-risk acumen, strong stakeholder engagement, and ability to work across cross-functional teams to support global trade.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Finanzen, VWL oder BWL oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Firmenkundengeschäft (z.B. Bank/Factoringgesellschaft)
- Kenntnisse in Unternehmensfinanzierung und Bonitätsanalysen
- Vertragsrelevante Richtlinien, Klauseln und Bedingungen; solide buchhalterische Kenntnisse
- Entscheidungsstärke und analytische Denkfähigkeit
- IT-Affinität und Bereitschaft, sich in neue technische Projekte einzuarbeiten
- Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung; Teamfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fließendes Englischniveau
