Job Summary
Senior Client Relationship Manager (CRM III) responsible for managing complex client interactions with C-level executives, translating client needs into strategic technology solutions, and developing sales strategies to navigate budget discussions. Will lead or participate in client engagements, QBRs, and cross-functional initiatives; travel within the sales territory is expected. Requires strong written/oral communication, independent work habits, and ability to collaborate with Solutions Architects, cross-functional teams, and clients to drive outcomes and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of relevant experience preferred, or demonstrable competence in technical and/or client relationship management.
- Experience supporting clients and vendors with a focus on value creation and retention.
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
